Congratulations to the OrthoCarolina Players of the Month for July!

Dylan Critel, 2014 CSA Charlotte Pre-ECNL: Dylan has taken part in the Boys Pre-ECNL Summer training program and impressed all the staff with his work ethic, coach-ability and performances in all sessions. He has looked really sharp in front of goal with his ball striking and finishing and taken on board the principles we have been coaching. We are looking forward to seeing the fall season start and excited to see his continued progression. – Ben Cook, Director

Henry Fletcher, 2013 Charlotte SA Academy ECNL: Henry is a versatile player who predominantly plays out wide using his pace and speed to create goal-scoring opportunities. His ability to exploit defenders in a 1v1 situation makes him very hard to defend. He has great technical ability to attack in multiple different scenarios and creates chances for himself and the team. In the recent playoffs in San Diego he had an impactful role in the team’s play leading to reaching the final 8. His eagerness to penetrate the defensive line was a great asset to the team’s success. – Steve Gummer, Director

Lydia Kiker, 2011 Charlotte SA ECNL G: Lydia helped lead her U15 Charlotte SA G11 ECNL team in their impressive run at the Girls ECNL Playoffs in Seattle, WA on July 11-17, 2026.  She logged a good portion of the minutes as a wide forward and was dangerous in their games against top-level competition. The team’s good run was highlighted by an impressive 6-1 victory against Slammers Koge (a top Girls Club in the country) in the Round of 32. The team was knocked out in PKs in the Round of 16 but still impressed so many with their performance and Lydia led the attack. – Brian Moore, Director
